SVQ Hospitality Services Level 2

This course concentrates on the skills and competencies required to work in a variety of departments, equipping the candidate with a varied understanding of the hospitality industry.  By undertaking a selection of units from Front Office, Housekeeping, Food Preparation and Cooking, Food and Drink Service, candidate's workplace experience and knowledge will be diverse, ensuring they become a versatile employee.

Having skilled people on your team can help turn a good business into a great one.  Staff with up-to-date skills can increase productivity and improve customer satisfaction, and when you can show that your staff have the skills they need, the business advantages are even greater.

SVQ Hospitality Supervision & Leadership Level 3

This course is suitable for people working in all sectors of the hospitality industry in roles such as team leaders, supervisors, assistant managers, trainee managers and shift leaders.

At this level the employee would be involved in carrying out a broad range of work activities, many of which are complex and non-routine. They would also have considerable autonomy and responsibility, including the controlling or guiding of others
